A riding lawnmower makes yard upkeep easy and gives you a quality cut in much less time than walk behind mowers. Homeowners as well as Commercial Property Owners use a variety of riding mowers that on occasion need to be transported for service or maintenance.

First, you will need to position the vehicle and trailer so they are on a flat and level surface. Place wood blocks under the wheels of the trailer as an extra precaution, if desired. Next, raise the mower deck to the highest point and slowly drive the mower up the ramp onto the trailer bed toward the front of the trailer. Then evenly distribute the mower’s weight. Place the mower into park. Lower the mowing deck completely down. Turn off the riding mower. Attach a ratchet strap onto the mower axle and secure it to the corners of the trailer. Repeat the process with the straps at all four corners.  Check tension on all straps and make sure to tie up any loose ends.
