Responsibilities

- Monitor incoming calls to the Support Center and quickly and accurately resolve common data, digital and embedded solution questions and errors.

- Preform remove diagnostics using Remote Display Access

- Develop strong relationships with appropriate individuals in sales and service departments for ticket escalation if needed

- Abide by company data privacy policies

- Quickly and accurately document and communicate summaries of actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Sales Functions

a. Follow-up on all equipment leads by making initial contact with customers either over the phone or in person.

b. Complete and turn in call sheets weekly to your supervisor.

c. Coordinate office hours with sales staff. Assist walk-in customers and daily sales calls. Also, assist the sales department with machinery lot displays.

d. Perform initial sales calls on customers by visiting with them and introducing the products, service and people of Mid-State. During these conversations, determine customer’s equipment needs and assess the company’s ability to meet these needs.

e. Work to develop a long-term relationship with key customers, with the goal of obtaining repeat business and/or sales related referrals.

f. On all sold equipment, coordinate closely with the service department on anticipated delivery dates and the preparation time needed for new machinery.

g. Perform all required paperwork accurately on each sales transaction.

h. Assist customers with financing arrangements when appropriate. Review financing alternatives and help customers select the best option.

i. Assist in determining the recondition or trade-in value of used equipment and negotiate with customers about price when appropriate.

j. Assist customers in determining service warranty needs and in selling these programs when appropriate.

k. Upon successful closing of sales, complete all required purchase order information and place required information regarding sold equipment in the sales department books.

l. Follow-up with customer upon delivery of equipment.

m. Follow-up on all service needs of the customer, including problem-solving or special situations requiring salesman involvement.

n. Contact customers to resolve problems on past due accounts as required.

o. Remain current on equipment product knowledge so that customers are provided with correct information and to assist in soliciting successful product sales.

p. Remain current on all sales programs as made available.

q. Organize and attend sales meetings as required.

r. Assist and participate in open houses, clinics, shows and equipment events requested by management.

Accounts Receivable Coordinator -
Janesville


Responsibilities:

- Accurately maintains customer accounts receivable records including tax forms, applies customer payments, and makes changes to customer information per company policy.

- Balances and reconciles cash drawer and completes the company's bank deposits for whole goods, parts, service rentals and cash receipts.

- Answers and resolves questions regarding customer accounts or cash balancing.

- Assists direct walk-ins, telephone inquiries or email inquiries. Relay information or take messages when appropriate.

- Reconciles accounts receivable, note receivable, parts and service customer deposits, gift certificate, and other cash or receivable general ledger accounts, which includes identifying discrepancies and determining corrective action.

- Monitors aged accounts and supports collection processes.

-Works with customers to set up our preferred payment method.

- Utilize customer systems to be able to submit invoices and receive payment as necessary.

- Assesses and provides notification of compliance issues with the dealership's credit policies.

- Prepares various accounting reports such as aged accounts receivable

- Miscellaneous other duties.

- Also serves as a member of the Administration team and may be asked to assist with other various administrative duties.

- Will be on rotating Saturday schedule with other administrative staff from 7:30 am - 12:00 pm.
