Mid-State Equipment “MyMidState” Dealer Portal for Customers    Terms and Conditions: 

Purpose:  MyMidState Dealer Portal is a web application that allows customers of Mid-State Equipment to access account information including invoices for parts, service work or rentals; account statements; equipment records.  It also allows customers to place orders for repair parts and supplies.  

By signing below, customer agrees that: 

1. Any information including pricing, specifications, options and products contained in this site is subject to change without notice by Mid-State Equipment or its suppliers up to the time of acceptance of any order and all orders are subject to product or part availability.

2. Payment shall be made for parts before shipment to customer. Mid-State accepts John Deere Financial MultiUse Account, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards for payment. Credit Card transactions above $2,000 are subject to a 2% convenience fee.  

3. The account holder must determine what access the primary user and any additional users are given under their account and must notify Mid-State Equipment if an account holder wants to revoke user privileges, remove users, or close an account.  

4. Freight charges and re-stocking fees will apply to on-line or MyMidState orders the same as in store sales.  Parts Return Policy:  There will be a 25% restocking charge on returns of special order parts. All return parts must be returned or exchanged within 14 days to receive credit. No return on electrical parts.

5. Mid-State Equipment is not responsible for: a. Orders or changes made via MyMidState portal by customer family or employees that were not authorized by primary account holder b. Delays in orders due to internet outages, power failures, problems with computer equipment that belongs to the customer or to Mid-State Equipment c. Delays in parts shipments due to shipping carrier issues, weather, work stoppages etc.

6. In the case of price discrepancies between prices shown on MyMidState or Deere.com and final prices on invoice: every effort will be made to ensure price accuracy.  Final price will be the price in effect at the time the item is billed from the Manufacturer to Mid-State Equipment. 

Privacy:  Mid-State Equipment will not give or sell personal identity information to any other outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal identity information. It will be used only to support your customer relationship with Mid-State Group Inc., its subsidiaries and business partners.
