Rental Policies

Credit Card must be presented to Rental Rep. at the beginning of each rental agreement unless renter has a valid Farm Plan account to invoice to.

Certificate of Insurance may be requested at the beginning of a rental term.  Certificate must list Mid-State Equipment as Loss Payable and Additional Insured.  For more details, contact a rental counter representative.

Damage Waiver is offered to our customers as a way to reduce the cost of accidental damage that may occur during a rental period.  This waiver covers any accidental damage done to the machinery rented that is not caused by neglect or misuse.  Renter is always responsible for theft, vandalism, flat tires, abuse and neglect of equipment, routine maintenance, and fuel and cleaning charges if applicable.

Rental Charges start at the time the rental equipment leaves our yard or arrives on the jobsite by our truck and will terminate when the equipment is returned to our yard or is picked up at jobsite by our truck. 

Rental Durations are based on: (unless otherwise stated on contract)
Daily Rental - 24 hours off premises and up to 8 hours on hour meter
Weekly Rental - 7 consecutive days off premises and up to 40 hours on the hour meter
Monthly Rental - 1 Calendar month off premises and up to 160 hours on the hour meter
**overtime charges will apply to equipment used in excess of the daily, weekly and monthly durations.

For Safety of operator and surroundings, only trained operators are authorized to operate rental equipment.

Delivery and Pickup of rental equipment is offered to our customers for an extra fee.  Contact a rental counter rep. for pricing.

Rental returns after business hours are not permitted.  Equipment should be returned during normal business hours.
